New (unused) items
- The item is in its original packaging and unused,
Containers (e.g., canisters, tins or tubes) have not been opened. - The item was delivered within the last 90 days (date of shipping from INDEX).
- Items whose single value (number x unit price) is less than EUR 100,00 will not be credited.
- The return shipment must be registered in advance, and a return delivery note from INDEX must be enclosed with the shipment.

Defective articles for warranty testing
- The warranty claim must be registered before the return shipment.

Defect part credit from an exchange part order
- The return of a defective exchange part must be registered before the return shipment.
