Create returns under “Orders and Returns”

Look under “Action” to see which orders can be returned
If the action is not available, the goods were sent out more than 90 days ago or have not yet been shipped
If your goods were sent out more than 90 days ago, please get in touch with our returns department

Confirm return

Select the products you wish to return
Adjust the quantity to be returned
Confirm your return delivery
A few moments later you will receive the return delivery form by e-mail
Please enclose this with your return
