Returns must be received no later than 90 days after shipment date

You can return unneeded and as good-as-new parts up to 90 days after delivery
You need to register and be logged in to create online returns
Create returns under “Orders and Returns”

Look under “Action” to see which orders can be returned
If the action is not available, the goods were sent out more than 90 days ago or have not yet been shipped
If your goods were sent out more than 90 days ago, please get in touch with our returns department

Adjust the quantity to be returned
Confirm your return delivery
A few moments later you will receive the return delivery form by e-mail
