Teleservice for even faster troubleshooting

Teleservice enables our hotliners to access your machine. This allows problems with the control system, for example, to be identified and rectified more quickly.

The GeNUBox teleservice module is installed in the machine's control cabinet according to the customer's network configuration and establishes the VPN tunnel to the INDEX network.

No customer-specific software is required and there is a standardized dial-in procedure for our hotline. There is a secure, non-manipulable data stream between the machine and the hotline.
