Quotation/ordering function

  • Request quotation in the workshop
  • Use the quote as a purchasing document 
  • Enter the order in the ERP system 
  • Use the order number as the reference number for the iXshop order
This gives you the fastest possible delivery of your required parts and absolute transparency of your orders!

Integration function

... if your procurement process is system-supported

  • Log in to the customer system 
  • Switch to iXshop 
  • Fill the cart
  • Return the cart with the articles, the prices, the quantity and the quantity units to your procurement system (OCI-interface)  
  • Internal customer approval workflow is possible
  • Transmit the order to the INDEX ERP system (EDI)
The procurement is without changing media and all fully automated!
