MS tool holders
For our multi-spindle automatic lathes we offer numerous tool holders for your individual machining. Our new milling units are designed specifically for continuous use. Generously dimensioned bearings and oil/air lubrication provide for high stability and low wear, among other features. In addition, a clever adjusting mechanism facilitates the alignment of the tool holders considerably. The eccentric arrangement of hydraulic expansion tool holders on our stationary tool holders results in significant time savings for machine setups. Especially for our multi-spindle automatic lathes, INDEX offers extremely high stability and repeatability for turning and grooving slides with patented W-serration.
